Shana Alberson has been with SMA for almost four years, and the experience has been a true blessing for her and her family. She is married with three children, and family is one of the most important parts of her life.
In her role, Shana works directly with agents, carriers, and many different SMA teams. She helps process contracts to ensure they are completed accurately by all parties, and she supports the onboarding of new agencies. She also serves as a point of contact for contracting questions from both carriers and agents, providing guidance and helping keep processes running smoothly.
