Starting his career as a licensed life and health agent, Drew has personally written and placed over $25 million in life and health insurance policies. He has recruited thousands of agents and built a robust insurance marketing organization renowned for its sales production and innovation.
As EVP of Growth, Drew leads strategic expansion, digital marketing to support agency partnership efforts. He shaped and scaled digital acquisition strategies that fueled agent growth and consumer engagement. These efforts helped position Senior Market Advisors as one of the largest and most respected distribution partners in the health insurance industry.
In 2012, Drew founded Redbird Advisors, a strategic consultancy for agencies, carriers, and FMOs. Through Redbird, he spearheaded digital transformation, SEO, creative brand initiatives, and lead-gen campaigns all designed to elevate customer experience and boost customer acquisition. He continues in his role as EVP of Growth to guide teams on modern marketing and distribution.
Drew is also co‑owner of PolicyZip, an educational platform helping consumers, particularly seniors, make well-informed insurance decisions. Through this initiative, he simplifies complex products like Medicare Advantage, supplements, term life, final expense, and disability for everyday audiences.
