NASHVILLE, Tenn. and CLEARWATER, Fla. – December 15, 2021 – Senior Market Advisors (SMA), one of the fastest growing field marketing organizations (FMO) in the insurance space and an affiliate of AmeriLife Group, LLC (“AmeriLife”), announced today that it has completed its acquisition of Med-Care Senior Insurance Solutions (MCSIS), a wholesale distributor of Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement solutions that serves the growing Medicare needs of clients and brokers alike. With over 25 years of successful Medicare market sales, training and management expertise, the acquisition expands upon MCSIS’s and SMA’s 12-year relationship and further extends SMA’s geographically footprint, particularly in the southwest United States. Per the agreement, terms of the deal were not disclosed.

MSCIS will continue to operate as a stand-alone organization from its Scottsdale, Ariz., headquarters as part of SMA’s downline. Founders and principals Terry Tucker and Dan Vincent will retire after a brief transition period and day-to-day operational oversight will be assumed by Sean Huber (New Mexico), and Connie Moreno and Tessa Vincente (Arizona), reporting to Brandon Clay.
