The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) recently released a memorandum outlining the agent and broker compensation and referral rates for Contract Year 2023!
This release also outline directions for submitting amounts into the Health Plan Management System (HPMS), as well as the minimum agent training and testing requirements for next year.
