It’s already time to start ordering your 2020 AEP supplies! We’ve compiled a list of how and where you can order some of your supplies, but keep an eye on your email for updates from the carriers you’re contracted with.
Please see the attached 2020 Allwell/Ascension order forms by state. These forms will be used to capture any preorders scheduled to be delivered the end of September. You may fill these out based on the states that you plan to market and share these with your downlines as you see fit. In order to fill these Pre-order requests in a timely manner it is requested that these be completed NO LATER THAN AUGUST 27th. Once completed please send this form to the email address below and copy myself (Christopher.firstname.lastname@example.org) CCS_PreOrders@healthnet.com.
After October 1st, agents and agencies may continue to use this form by sending it Medicare Broker Services which you will find the email and contact information on the form. For the pre-orders we will not impose the Kit limits that you will see on the form, however, we ask that you are diligent in decisions to order kits that make sense.
After you have completed the Medicare Advantage and Part D certification, along with the specific Product Training, you are eligible to order applicable Medicare Advantage and Part D supplies on-line through CustomPoint. In addition, you can view and track your orders with a direct link to UPS.

What you need to know about 2020 Enrollment Guide Pre-Order
What: Pre-order is a time to order 2020 Enrollment Guides for Medicare Advantage (MA) plans (including Chronic and Dual Special Needs Plans) and stand-alone Prescription Drug Plans (PDP). Note: Not all MA, CSNP, DSNP, and PFP plans are included in 2020 pre-order.
When: 2020 Pre-Order starts Saturday, August 17 and ends Sunday, September 1. Enrollment Guides ordered during the pre-order process will be shipped to arrive on or before October 1.
Where: Enrollment Guides for plans included in the 2020 Pre-Order process are ordered on the Sales Materials Portal, accessible via Jarvis.
